Request Access and General Inquiries submissions require a name and email address and may include an organization, role, area of interest, or message.

Submitted information is used to respond to the specific request, review access inquiries, and administer the conversation initiated by the sender.

Careers applications require a name, email address, area of interest, brief introduction, and resume or CV. Accepted files are PDF, DOC, and DOCX, up to 10 MB.

A submission does not establish that an open role exists and does not guarantee employment, an interview, or a response.

Submission data is validated and transmitted through server-side application routes. DALQEN uses approved hosting, storage, and email-delivery infrastructure to route Request Access submissions to access@dalqen.com, careers submissions to careers@dalqen.com, and general inquiries to hello@dalqen.com.

Careers resumes are stored in private application storage and the application record is stored separately. DALQEN does not publish submitted contact or recruiting information.

Information is retained for as long as it remains reasonably useful for the purpose of the submission, operational needs, security, or applicable obligations.

DALQEN uses hosting and web analytics services to operate and understand the public website. Those systems may process technical information such as page, browser, device, and request data under their applicable terms.

Public market information is requested through DALQEN’s server-side systems. Third-party market-data providers remain subject to their own privacy practices and terms.

DALQEN and its service providers may retain limited operational records needed to protect the website, prevent abuse, diagnose delivery or storage failures, and maintain submission workflows. These records are not used to publish contact or recruiting information.

DALQEN uses server-side handling, private storage, access controls, and other reasonable safeguards appropriate to the website’s submission workflows. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
